I didn’t like that the promotional guest are treated different. So beware, if you aren’t there for check-in they will give your room away. Thank goodness I did call, they had cancelled our reservations because we weren't there by 4:30? I told them I had changed our check in time- but they played it off to be my fault instead of theirs?! I was so mad!! We were 2 hours from our house- and now we don’t have a room? I asked to talk to a manager- was put on hold for 10 minutes, when she came back and said they had another ‘promo person’ not show and they gave us their room. When booking the room, they didn’t mention a check in time, or anything really, so the day before our reservations I called to tell them we would be checking in late around 7:30- all was good in the world:) On our way down, we hit some snow that slowed us down, and I just had this feeling I should call and make the check in later just in case. We received a free one night stay through an email promotion, and decided it would be a nice getaway to celebrate my birthday. My husband and I really like going to the Argosy.
